There is a lot of Drone related YouTube content that I believe is worth watching - particularly some of the Live-streams. Ken Heron's channel is my favourite - very informative and very funny!

None of those except Ken Heron, I do like Billy Kyle, 51 Drones and Drone Valley plus Tony & Chelsea Northrup sometimes has some interesting drone stuff. I watched Drone U a few times, those guys are a little full of themselves so I stopped watching them.

Yes - Billy Kyle is one switched on dude. I think it's a struggle for these guys to keep it fresh and interesting - hats off to them. When you see the huge number of subscribers some YouTubers attract in exchange for seemingly useless content - it makes me wonder about the state of the world - LOL.

I haven't subscribed to any, but I agree about Ken Heron. When I first began flying a year ago, I watched a MASSIVE amount of drone videos that helped by decided on the MP1 (just above my affordability, but haven't regretted a moment). Heron, his knowledge, pilot skill, and humor all very influential.

Anyone else watch drone owners network with curtis dart? I also wanted to echo the thoughts expressed about Drone U, I am a former member and I see a difference in how they treat pilots based on their status and income. I always feel super inadequate and small when dealing with them.

I have my hands full with "how to" repair videos. No time to relax and watch anything else

How badly damaged is your drone?

Physically, not at all. DJI tech claimed the lower core board needed replacing, which I did, and the problem still persists. Start drone, redlights come on props twitch but no status lights at the back. Cannot connect either via standard bind or WiFi. Tried the three button bind as well but nothing
Updated all firmware to the latst but nothing

My conclusion is it was never that board in the first place, but no clue what it might be

Feel free to reach to Rob at @Thunderdrones - he fixes drones for a living (in case you didn't already know) and also owns this forum.

You might be right. DJI has a habit of misdiagnosing problems, and overcharging you for their conclusion.

If the drone is doing the same thing it was before you replaced the core board, then evidently they misdiagnosed it. Happens all the time.
